PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENTS PERTH
MindMap Psychological Assessments provides assessment and diagnosis of a range of conditions associated with learning, attention, and behavioural difficulties. Comprehensive assessments are available for children (6+) and adolescents. Our experienced psychologists offer assessments for Specific Learning Disorders in Reading, Written Expression and Mathematics (including dyslexia and dyscalculia), Intellectual Disability and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

At MindMap Psychological Assessments we strive to provide a focused and efficient assessment service. Our referral procedures allow us to provide the best service to support you throughout this process.
Making a Referral
Referrals are welcome from a range of sources. Self-referrals are accepted from individuals and parents/guardians, as well as referrals from professionals including General Practitioners, School Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Paediatricians, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and other Allied Health Professionals. Referrals are made through our website, and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss the next steps.
Fees and Payments
Our fees are calculated in accordance with the time required for an initial interview, assessment and feedback appointments, and completion of a comprehensive written report. Once an appointment is offered, payment of 50% of the total assessment fee will be required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due on the date of the first assessment appointment.

Cancellation Policy
We require notice of at least two full business days if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. This allows us time to offer your appointment to another client. No shows and appointments cancelled with less than two full business days' notice will incur a late-notice fee, equivalent to the missed appointment cost. We understand that unexpected illnesses and accidents occur; in these incidents, discretion may be exercised regarding the late-notice fee, and we request you contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative options.
